Society seemed to say it was all about personal gratification, while at home, these discussions were taboo and off-limits, and at church, they were barely whispered. Confused and seeking clarity, I know the frustration of missing answers to important questions.

I remember feeling stuck in that same frustrating cycle you might be in now. Desperate for truthful, faith-aligned guidance on sex, intimacy, and relationships, I realized that if I was struggling, others were too. That’s when I decided it was time for a change.

My journey to uncover God’s intentions for sex and intimacy led me to dive deep into Scripture, engage in post-graduate studies in counseling and sexual health, and learn from seasoned experts. What I discovered didn't just change me; it revolutionized my approach to teaching and counseling.
